Proposal:
We designed a self-sufficient boutique hotel block comprising three units and several common areas, sauna and a swimming pool. Bringing light was a topic and a task which we reacted to in various manners and treatments. The front wall is a bearer of the image, but the real experience is hiding in all the small details and separate surprising atmospheres.
We were hired to redesign an almost forgotten complex of two small stone houses that lay on top of the peninsula, thus almost seeing both the bay and the open sea. Air coming from the sea is always a reminder of the ambient of the project, thus it is not strictly related to the season.
