Proposal:
On the other hand, the morphology of the new design is adapted to the morphology of the adjacent surroundings, famous hills of upper city of Kalemegdan fortress, the very core of Belgrade. The playground is subdivided into invisible zones by the age of the kids, and this zoning is also followed by the morphology. It is designed by the highest level of EU standards (EN1176).
Project was done as a replacement for an old playground that was unsafe and in desperate need of reconstruction. The design of the playground is a result of a careful analysis, numerous interviews with children’s parents and huge cooperation with public institutions. The playground was built on an area of 800 m2, of which 600 m2 is the space covered with playground equipment.
